About the role

We're looking for an Art Director to develop striking visual concepts across different consumer touchpoints. You'll collaborate with our strategists and designers to bring bold work to life in graphics, experiences, and motion. An exceptional eye for craft plus the confidence to champion work in client rooms is exactly what we're after.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the visual direction for client projects and ensure creative excellence
  • Team up with designers, writers, and strategists to build campaigns and experiences that perform
  • Develop visual concepts that are bold, provocative, and impossible to ignore
  • Present creative work to clients, articulating the rationale behind our approach
  • Stay tapped into what's happening in art and culture while knowing when to follow trends and when to break them
  • Inspire junior talent and elevate the work across the team

Requirements for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in art direction for brands that matter
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills across various mediums
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools
  • Experience handling client presentations with confidence
  • Ability to translate customer insights into meaningful creative concepts
  • A knack for reading between the lines and shaping direction when clients don't have a clear brief 
  • Experience mentoring junior designers
  • Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines
  • Strategic mindset with ability balance creative vision with business needs
