He is a regular guest speaker at industry conferences across the world and is often quoted in trade, national and international press for his insights on the sector.
Dusan’s award-winning teams have, over the years, been formed through a dedication to attracting, fostering and retaining industry-leading talent, empowering them to free their entrepreneurial thinking. His extensive experience includes, among many other areas: business development, customer acquisition, integrated marketing, mobile and emerging media, business modelling, digital innovation and strategic planning.
Chloe is one of the most accomplished and capable Creative Directors in the digital interface design industry today. Prior to This Place her years of experience culminated in time at M&C Saatchi Mobile, where she coordinated the efforts of a 60-strong team of some of the industry’s most talented designers. From there she joined with a select few other visionaries to launch her own consultancy where she could focus on her passion for digital product design and innovation.
Chloe is also the youngest Creative Director to be invited to judge at the annual D&AD design awards.
Ben has a huge amount of experience in running design studios. As the founder of Mylo Design and This Place, Ben built up a client roster of international brands including Luxury hotel group, the Mandarin Oriental and infrastructure conglomerate, the YTL Corporation.
Ben’s deep understanding of consumer behaviour and user experience (UX) design in the digital sphere combined with many years of running digital agencies means he has been able effectively build and scale This Place’s service proposition and team from inception to the thriving consultancy it is today.
As one of the leading experts in global retail and omni-channel strategy, Andy has advised some of the world’s largest retailers, brands and customer service providers across a wide range of business and technology challenges. He brings leading-edge strategic insight, and an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge, coupled with extensive front line digital transformation experience to his role as Director and Head of Strategy at This Place.
Previously, Andy was Associate Director at Javelin Group (acquired by Accenture Strategy in 2015) and an Operations Development Manager responsible for business change at Tesco.com. He holds a BSc and MSc in Physics from Warwick University.
Christoph is our Technical Director, and due to his 13-year international experience working for organisations in Switzerland and the UK, and running his own successful consultancy for seven years, he has become the newest valued member of our management team.
In 2007 Christoph became UK technical director of an international mobile tech company in London, then four years later he founded coANDco UK, a firm dedicated to building connected platforms for web and mobile environments.
Due to his experience in this field Christoph is a keynote speaker much in demand and occasionally can be found on TEDx.
Genevieve has spent her 16-year career working with some of the best Seattle brands on some of their most important work. She’s served as a leader, a strategist, an executive advisor, and a client relationship manager for a variety of clients in a variety of industries, all united by the philosophy that bold action, authenticity and integrity are the basis of the most effective business relationships. Genevieve has deep roots in Retail and in Digital and adds value by supporting her teams and clients through strategy, design, development, and delivery of digital transformation.
Before joining This Place, Genevieve was on the leadership team of a handful of local consultancies, including most recently leading strategic relationships and the Retail industry capability for North Highland Consulting in Seattle. She also holds a board position for the a local non-profit, Ventures, that provides micro-loans and training to low-income, Seattle entrepreneurs.
David is a proven customer engagement leader, and over the last 10 years has run two hugely successfully agencies that have powered brand engagement through digital, driving deeper adoption, increased loyalty and higher revenues.
Whilst running onebite, an award winning integrated creative agency, he worked with brands including the Financial Times, Fujifilm, Vodafone, Eurostar and News UK to unlock brand value and engagement. Offering both strategic consultancy and innovative creative solutions across all media formats, David developed and led a business that was agency of note year after year, outstripping the market by 21% for client satisfaction, keeping clients three times longer and retaining talent for 275% longer than the industry average.
David also oversaw an innovative mobile agency which helped brands including Toyota, Carphone Warehouse and Audi to create compelling leading-edge digital interactions through mobile, web, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.
Matt has worked in the advertising, digital, design and production industries for over 20 years holding executive, board level and leadership roles at Edelman, Mother, Saatchi & Saatchi, Fallon, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Unit9, Exposure and McCann-Erickson. He also had his own digital shop, 64k for 6 years.
His experience enables him to bridge the gap between advertising, PR and technology to deliver world-class results, increased revenues and growth across any medium.
A successful track record in business transformation through M&A, partnerships and organic growth has led to his work being held up as a ‘gold standard’, a seat on Google’s UK Creative Council, numerous design and innovation awards along with judging engagements and demand for him as an industry commentator.
